Chief Executive

Simon provides leadership to the Resource Alliance Staff Team and volunteer network. He is responsible for development of the organisation's strategy, and for overall management of the organisation. He also has a key role in building and maintaining external relationships and contacts.

Janice Lenzie
Personal Assistant/Office Manager

Janice is responsible for secretarial support to the CEO, also manages office and finance-related administration. Janice is also responsible for the Resource Alliance Board, Committee support and communications, for personnel matters and recruitment of permanent and voluntary staff. Also involved in Bursary support.

Neelam Makhijani
Programme & Consulting Services Director

Neelam is playing a key role in supporting the work of the Chief Executive. She is responsible for developing a sustainable infrastructure and enhancing the capacity to address growing training and development needs of people and organisations involved in fundraising.

Kyra Miles
Programme Officer

Kyra is responsible for administrative support to the Programme Director and Programme Team. She deals with all inquiries related to programmes in the regions.

Alan Bird
Marketing and Communications Director

Alan is responsible for developing the strategy and long-term planning for the marketing and communications of the Resource Alliance activities. Alan also provides leadership to the Marketing Team and IFC Ambassadors.

Helen Tavakkoli
Marketing Manager

Helen is responsible for the implementation of short and long-term marketing strategies for the Resource Alliance and the marketing of the annual International Fundraising Congress and International Workshop on Resource Mobilisation.

Kristina Fitzpatrick 
Marketing & Sponsorship Assistant

Kristina is responsible for researching and building relationships with existing and potential sponsors, and assists in the implementation of the sponsorship and marketing strategy for the International Fundraising Congress and the International Workshops on Resource Mobilisation.

Angeline Fourmy
Events Manager
 
Angeline is responsible for developing the programme and managing the operations and logistics of the IFC and IWRM. She is also responsible for managing the development of the Resource Alliance database and website.

Laura Boulton
Conference Coordinator
 
Laura is responsible for coordinating the logistics for the International Fundraising Congress and International Workshop on Resource Mobilisation. She also provides support to the events marketing and website.

Veronika Rasickaite
Events Administrator

Veronika is responsible for managing all bookings for the International Fundraising Congress and International Workshop on Resource Mobilisation, and providing administrative support to the events team.  

Rati Misra
Regional Representative
(South Asia)

Rati is responsible for building the fundraising capacity of NGOs, developing strategic partnerships and alliances, and enabling an environment which supports the development of philanthropy and fundraising in the South Asia region. She is based in the Resource Alliance office in Delhi, India.

Rajshri Sen  
Programme Officer

Rajshri works closely with the Regional Representative and Programme Director to develop, expand and strengthen the programme in the South Asia region. A post graduate in Economics, Rajshri has had a varied career ranging from academics, business to the non profit sector.  

Jessie Tong

(Asia Pacific)

Jessie is responsible for overall programme management of activities and the development of strategic partnerships and alliances within the region. She is based in the Resource Alliance office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

 Robina Asiimwe
Regional Representative
(East and Southern Africa)

Robina is responsible for the overall Program Management of The Resource Alliance's activities and the development of strategic partnerships in Africa. She is also charged with supporting the development of philanthropy and building the fundraising capacity of NGOs in the region.

Jana Ledvinova 
Consultant

Jana is an experienced trainer who is a key member of the consultancy team. Working with clients to help strengthen management and fundraising capability.
Also helping to expand the Resource Alliance consulting services.  

Rodrigo Alvarez  
Consultant

Rodrigo is responsible for Resource Alliance activities in Brazil. This includes consultancy work and courses. He is the institutional representative of The Resource Alliance in Brazil working in partnership with other organisations, specially The Brazilian Association of Fundraising Professionals. 

Carla Ginobili 
Programme Assistant - Spanish Website and Newsletter (part-time)

Carla is responsible for managing the Spanish section of the Resource Alliance website, as well as production of the bi-monthly Spanish newsletter E-Noticias. Carla is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and acts as the first point of contact for queries in Spanish about the Resource Alliance's work.
