Nick leads the digital team in Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders Spain. His goal: helping this venerable organisation attract the public support necessary to save lives in a digital age. Of course, this goal can’t be done without a healthy dose of innovation and culture transformation, something that he is passionate about. He oversees a team working to ensure that MSF is delivering top-notch digital engagement: leading initiatives on digital marketing, content generation, community building, insights and product management, among others. He’s been at MSF – and living in Spain – for three years now, having previously held a similar role at UNISON, the UK’s largest trade union. While at UNISON, he and his team were recognised in the Digital Leaders 100 list for 2017, and while at the Overseas Development Institute he was awarded Digital Strategy of the Year 2012 in the European Digital Communications Awards.
