Elsbeth de Ridder (Spain)

Global F2F Specialist, Save the Children International

Following her move from her home country Holland to Australia, Elsbeth had a 10-year-long successful career in commerce before she started working in international development and in particular in child focused organisations. Starting out by volunteering in South Africa, she then returned to Australia where she utilised her sales skills and knowledge to run a successful F2F in-house program for World Vision Australia. She then transferred to the UK and set up and led a successful F2F In-house and agency-led program for World Vision UK, and later ran a F2F agency program for Save the Children UK. From June 2016, she is the Global F2F Fundraising Specialist for Save the Children International, utilising her now over 10 years’ experience in the fundraising industry to support and advice 25 markets where Save the Children run F2F programs.
