Emily Martin began working at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in 2008, launching its first ever multi-channel advertising campaign that has since grown into a comprehensive, digital-first, fundraising program with a focus on donor acquisition. Previous experience includes the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), New York University, and work in the for-profit sector in advertising, marketing and production roles. Emily currently leads digital advertising efforts at the IRC with a focus on paid social, paid, programmatic display, and video, as well conversion rate optimisation work and peer-to-peer fundraising. She graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in psychology and currently lives in New York with her husband and two sons.
