Filipe is a data crafter and senior fundraising and public engagement strategist. One of the pioneers in the use of Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Social Data Intelligence in the sector; he is very good at understanding the context, analyzing data, translating technical language into business, and building or teaming up with incredible people to solve real-life problems. Over the last 20 years worked, globally, from Mexico to Australia, with Amnesty International, Greenpeace, UNICEF, Oxfam, SOS Children Villages, and Plan International, among others.

Since 2017 his work has been focused on Social Data Intelligence with Artificial Intelligence, and Social Behavior Change applied to Fundraising, Public Mobilization, and fighting misinformation, myths, conspiracy theories, and other information disorders.
International speaker, Former IFC masterclass and workshops leader, and invited lecturer of Uni. São Paulo (Brazil), Coimbra Business School (Portugal), and Uni. de San Andrés (Argentina), in 2021, Filipe contributed with a chapter in “public engagement with social data intelligence” to the book “Change for Better – Behavior Science Lessons from the World´s Top practitioners.”
