Miranda Goodenough (UK)

Head of Innovation and Research, RSPCA

Miranda joined the RSPCA in 2016 to set up the Innovation and Supporter Research function. She is responsible for setting and driving the innovation strategy and for developing a balanced portfolio of innovation endeavours that will generate a pipeline of future income generating initiatives to support the RSPCA’s mission. Prior to joining the RSPCA, she gained extensive experience as Head of Direct Marketing at John Lewis and at some of London’s biggest advertising and direct response agencies. She has worked on strategic programmes for some of the UK’s best loved brands: BBC, Land Rover, Unilever, and First Direct, to name a few. Miranda has also previously worked for The Aga Khan Foundation as Marketing and Events Manager. Miranda has an MA in Human Sciences from Oxford University.
