Ruby has a BA and M.Phil from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and over 10 years of experience in education, youth leadership development, social innovation, non-profit management and philanthropy. She is currently the Senior Program Manager of the D.H. Chen Foundation, a committed practitioner of engaged philanthropy in Hong Kong. She is also the Board Director of Shakespeare4All Ltd, a Hong Kong-based arts learning organisation promoting whole-person development through drama and language arts.
