Aylin is a CSR and sustainability professional, and believes in creating change through action. At Koç Holding, she has led award-winning projects in a range of areas, from mobilising volunteers to increasing employability of youth, as well as gender parity, inclusivity and sustainability. Prior to joining Koç Holding, she worked at the Turkish Treasury for economic development, G20, IMF relations, energy and municipality projects. Aylin currently consults companies and NGOs to create shared value through CSR, systems building and coaching.
Aylin holds an MBA degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a BA from Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University. She is a guest lecturer on subjects such as change management, leadership, CRS, sustainability, gender equality, empowerment and volunteering, and is also an Adler Coach. She recently worked with the ILO for refugees and is currently working with UNDP to design their GES (gender equality seal) for Turkey.
