Corma is a senior coach, trainer and supervisor with over 20 years experience in training and supervision for professionals, boards and teams, notably in the field of education. With a background in social skills and body-oriented therapy, she is currently doing her master’s in Education and Innovation at Utrecht University, focusing her research on how educators can reduce their stress and work with more fulfillment and joy. Corma has developed an effective model for self-coaching, “Dynamic Reflection”, which she will work with at IFC.
