She provided overall leadership to the Resource Alliance when she was CEO, working closely with various stakeholders, including institutional partners and the global volunteer network as well as engaging with the wider philanthropic sector.
Most recently, Kyla’s experience has included leading the international fundraising, marketing and programme delivery for Operation Smile International, a global children’s non-profit organisation with programmes in over 60 countries.
