Li Jing

CEO, One Foundation (China)

Born in 1969, Li Jing is the Secretary General (CEO) of China’s largest charitable foundation, One Foundation. Between 1987 and 1991, Li Jing studied at Shanghai Jiaotong University and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. From 1995 to 1998 Li Jing joined a master’s programme at Peking University where he studied Political Science. In 1998, he joined the Kennedy School of Government and studied International Development and Management of NGOs and received his Masters Degree in Public Policy in 2000. In 2000, Li Jing returned to China and joined Plan International’s China Office where he worked as their Program Director. In 2005, he joined the UNDP as a Senior Program Officer, managing their programme portfolio of Governance and Civil Society development in China.
