Malcolm joined SickKids Foundation in 2006. As the vice president of major gifts, he oversees the major gift, Gift & estate planning and stewardship & donor relations programs. Malcolm holds a Masters of Business Administration from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, a Bachelor of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Queen’s University. An active community volunteer, he is a director and immediate past chair of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, as well as a senior associate of the The Woodmark Group (the 26th leading North American children’s hospital). He is a past board advisor and volunteer at Bereaved Families of Ontario, and a past advisory board member of The Team for Research with Adolescents and Children in Palliation and Grief (TRAC-PG) at the Hospital for Sick Children Research Institute. He also served on the editorial board of CAGP’s Leave a Legacy’s Guide to Giving Back.
