Olivier is responsible for Airbnb’s business in EMEA, driving growth, ensuring alignment with global operations, and developing key initiatives and programmes that support the business. He joined Airbnb in January 2012 to open its French office, and in 2013, his remit increased to include the management and coordination of its EMEA business, which is now 50% of Airbnb’s global business.
Olivier has over 10 years of international experience in key marketing and strategy roles for a range of companies. Before joining Airbnb, he held the position of associate principal at McKinsey in Paris and San Francisco. Previously, he worked for Deloitte as a project manager and was also pivotal in launching several startup companies in Europe and the USA. Grémillon holds an M.Sc. in management from ESSEC Business School in France and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
