Payal has a deep appreciation of innovative social change models, having worked in India’s dynamic social entrepreneurship sector for over a decade. She has held senior-level positions including serving as Executive Director at the National Association of Social Enterprises, India (NASE) and Director – Social Entrepreneurship at the Nand & Jeet Khemka Foundation. Payal has a Master’s degree in communications and many films to her credit. Passionate about telling stories of human endeavour, her films have dealt with issues around social change and community development.
