Rory is an independent nonprofit management consultant based in the Philippines. She sits on the board of the San Miguel Foundation Inc, the Culion Foundation, Partnerships for Development Assistance in the Philippines, and the Aboitiz Foundation. She is a previous board member of The Resource Alliance, and has held executive positions with the Asia Pacific Philanthropy Consortium, the Ayala Foundation, and Philippine Business for Social Progress.
