Sally provides one-to-one consultation, exploring executives’ organisational and personal issues while developing their strategies and skills. The highly tailored learning and development flexes with the individual’s own movement and growth. Sally believes in encouraging executives to take responsibility for their own development, and supports and challenges them in dealing with current issues and future demands. She has more than 30 years’ experience as a leadership coach and organisational psychologist, and her involvement has ranged from large-scale culture change to psychometric development of individuals and teams. She also facilitates workshops on leadership, change management, team building and interpersonal skills, and has extensive experience working with culturally diverse organisations.
