Stephen has worked at the forefront of the digital revolution since developing ecommerce capability at a telecommunications company in 1999. He has since been engaged by enterprises, government agencies, and non-profit organisations to provide strategy and high-level advice to address marketing challenges and drive growth. Stephen has most recently held positions at World Vision Australia, leading teams across digital channels and innovation. He is currently Director of Supporter Experience at World Vision International where his focus is driving digital transformation and embedding innovation practices globally.
