James ensures that all of the Resource Alliance’s international conferences, including the International Fundraising Congress (IFC) and IFC Asia, are delivered to the highest standards, leading on the pre-conference planning and management of all logistical requirements. James also acts as the key point of contact for speakers, ensuring that their experience as a speaker is outstanding, and he leads the programme planning process.
