As Head of People, Systems & Culture, Nyree is a key member of the senior management team and responsible for developing and driving the implementation of the People and Culture strategy across the Resource Alliance.
Her role provides strategic and operational leadership to the people function; learning and development, talent, reward, recruitment and retention as well as employee relations. The people function is a key business partner and enabler to accelerate the development and growth of the organizations capabilities to achieve our strategic aims.
Nyree also leads on the day-to-day operations, overseeing finance administration and infrastructure whilst promoting best practice.
Working jointly with fellow senior management team members, Nyree continually reviews and improves our business functions and strategies. In addition to this, Nyree also provides executive assistance to the CEO and the Board of Trustees.
