Memberships will not be confirmed until correct payment is received.
All promotions should be claimed at the time of booking. Any promotions not claimed at the time of booking will not be credited or refunded.
Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Credit card payments
All credit card payments are made in Pounds Sterling. Exchange rates will be applied on the day of transaction.
In the event of a membership cancellation, cancellation fees will be due as follows:
Cancellations received during the first 30 days:
You may cancel your membership during the first 30 days. In the event of cancellation within this period, we will refund your full membership fee, less a 10% administration fee.
NB. This is not applicable for the month of October when IFC Online takes place – it isn’t possible to cancel your membership in the first 30 days if you have attended IFC Online during that time.
Cancellations received after the first 30 days:
If you cancel your membership after the first 30 days, no refunds will be made. You will however retain access to the relevant services and information for the remainder of your membership duration, after which it will be cancelled.
To request a refund in accordance with the above you must notify us in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
You will then be entitled to a refund from the Resource Alliance which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.
The Resource Alliance shall not be liable for any disruption due to force majeure events and no refunds will be made, either in part or full, for cancellations due to such circumstances. Circumstances amounting to force majeure include any event which could not be foreseen or forestalled, not even with all due care, including, but not limited to: war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, volcanic ash clouds, and all similar events.
Whilst the programme is correct at the time of publication, the Resource Alliance reserves the right to amend the programme at any time.
Photography and filming
You may be photographed or filmed at the event and your image may be used in brochures, emails, press features, social media, videos and on the IFC website. Should you not wish to have your image used, please contact the IFC team by email: email@example.com
Masterclasses are allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel your place in your chosen masterclass if payment is not received on time. No changes to masterclass registrations can be made onsite at the conference centre.
Sharing a membership is not permitted. Each participant must have their own membership and have paid for their own place.
You will receive communications which are relevant to your membership and Resource Alliance events. If you register for a masterclass, you may receive essential information relevant to your masterclass directly from your masterclass speaker/s. There will be an option for you to unsubscribe from any communications that you receive from us.
