The Closing Plenary finishes at 15:30 on Wednesday 20 June.
IFC Asia is hosted at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park in Bangkok, Thailand.
Yes only for delegates who have selected the ticket ‘IFC Asia with masterclass – with accommodation (18-20 June)’, 2 nights’ accommodation is included in the price – check in Monday 18 and check out Wednesday 20 June.
The Marriott is able to offer the same group rate for the additional room between 3 days pre and 3 days post of the main event (from 15-23 June 2018). THB 3,500 for single occupancy/ THB 3,900 for double occupancy. Guests wishing to book extra nights should contact the Resource Alliance team at email@example.com. Any additional nights required are at the guest’s own expense.
The standard check in time is 15:00, however, if the rooms are ready earlier the hotels will often let check ins happen sooner than this. Should that not be possible, they will let luggage be stored on site before your room is available. The check-out time is 12:00, therefore check-out will have to be completed before the closing plenary, however, once again luggage will be able to be stored onsite.
A masterclass is an intensive 5 ½ hour session which takes place on Monday 18 June, 11:30-13:00 and 14:00-18:00, with the same expert speaker(s) delivering in-depth and cutting edge content on a particular topic. We recommend delegates sign up for a masterclass to allow them to make the most of their time at IFC Asia and fully explore their chosen topic with one of our top speakers.
Once the masterclass is finished, the standard programme (from Tuesday morning to Wednesday afternoon) begins with workshops, big rooms, an exciting social programme and lots more taking place from. Delegates have the opportunity to attend up to six different sessions, each lasting one and a half hours in length.

We would suggest you book as soon as possible to ensure your place at IFC Asia and to allow you time to make the necessary visa arrangements if travelling to Thailand from another country. We will close registrations once the conference is fully booked or two weeks before the conference is due to start, whichever comes first.
We need to receive payment in advance of the conference start date (18th June 2018). Please let us know if you wish to make payment onsite, and we will ensure this facility is available for you.
Please note admittance to the conference will only be granted once full payment has been made.
We do not permit delegates to share passes. There are a few reasons for this, including security considerations, but most importantly you will not receive the full benefit of the IFC experience if you don’t attend the whole conference.
All delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights. The airport nearest to the conference is Suvarnabhumi Bangkok International Airport – BKK.
The Resource Alliance doesn’t provide transport from the airport to the hotel. It is very easy to find a taxi outside the airport – the journey to the hotel should take around 45 minutes and the fare should cost about 500THB.
We are unable to take payment onsite at the conference itself. Full payment must be received at least two weeks before the conference.

Cancellations received before 30 April 2018 are subject to a charge of $75 USD. No refunds will be made, either in part or full for cancellations received after 30 April 2018.
