With revenues significantly impacted and budgets slashed, surviving the fallout of Covid-19 is preoccupying the minds of most social impact sector leaders. Knowing which key tactical moves to take in order to reduce the impact is vital but even more pressing is how do we become leaders rather victims of change?
At this critical time, we invite you to join an intimate group of senior sector leaders who are passionate about driving change for a private discussion on pressing issues facing our sector. Our aim to is provide a space for you to come together with your leadership peers, to be challenged and inspired and then to have time to debate critical challenges and plot new ways forward.
On Monday 12 October, we invite you to join us for the launch of this Senior Leadership Forum, on the first day of IFC Online 2020.
This 2.5 hour online power session will open with a robust and challenging presentation by CEO, entrepreneur, author and coach Margaret Heffernan followed by a Q&A and then facilitated small group discussions.
