Jill heads up GivePanels Customer Happiness Team where she supports and educates non-profit clients how to optimise their engagement strategies and generate large files of opted in supporters in the world of Facebook Fundraising.  Prior to joining GivePanel Jill was Head of Fundraising and Comms with Mental Health Ireland where she brought in €1m in Facebook Fundraising income in just over a year via a robust stewardship strategy .
