He leads the corporate partnership vertical of a well-known Indian non-profit, Smile Foundation. He has been part of and also led many large scale corporate partnerships in Smile such as Ericsson Global, Deutsche Bank, FIS, Airbus, PepsiCo and many more. He has also been extremely instrumental in implementing many fundraising events, cause marketing campaigns and some brand associations. Swatantra as part of Smile Foundation also leads an international training programme supported by Wilde Ganzen Foundation, Change the Game Academy. Being a part of senior leadership team of Smile, Swatantra plays strategic role at an organization level.
