Ben is Chief Marketing and Fundraising Officer at Australian-based international aid charity, Act for Peace. He is also the co-founder of the global peer-to-peer fundraising event, the Ration Challenge.
Since Ben joined, Act for Peace has doubled its fundraising income, seen a six-fold increase in donor numbers and won six Fundraising Institute of Australia Awards for Excellence, including Most Innovative Campaign and Most Creative Campaign.
Prior to joining Act for Peace, Ben was Head of Innovation and Change Strategy at Oxfam Great Britain. He spent nine years with Oxfam in a number of senior fundraising and campaigning roles.
Before switching to international development, Ben worked in commercial marketing roles for companies including Procter & Gamble.
