My first job in the charity sector was as a community fundraiser for Cancer Research UK. As I led more innovative work I noticed that the way we organised our work and ourselves wasn’t delivering the impact it could. I read about how startups and tech companies were implementing agile ways of working and started applying these principles to my work. It utterly transformed my ability to deliver change.

I now lead a team of experts who coach leaders, teams and organisations to apply agile ways of working to their work to enable them adapt, innovate and thrive in today’s world. I have coached some of the UK’s most innovative charity teams to apply agile ways of working to become more adaptable, user focused and deliver more with less.
