Konstantina is a passionate strategist, fundraising consultant, trainer, mentor and philanthropy advisor working with organisations and donors who seek to grow and achieve impact.

She has been leading fundraising teams in international nonprofit organisations such as Greenpeace and ActionAid in Greece, and she currently supports numerous organisations to develop their fundraising and leadership capacity, fulfil their goals, and embrace change. She has more than 18 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector, most of which is in organisations undergoing change.
