Mike is the Founder & CEO of XVenture – an innovative learning, leadership and media group focused on Creating Winning Minds in individuals, for great team success by developing emotional agility, resilience and leadership (EARL). 

He is also the emotional agility and mental coach for the Socceroos, Australia’s national football team.

He’s the creator and director of the XVenture Family Challenge TV series in Australia and New Zealand.

A respected strategist and business leader, he has also built and lead global teams and brands.

With a passionate commitment to social justice programmes, over his 20 year career, he’s worked with and supported a number of charities and not-for-profits globally, including ADARA Development, Steve Waugh Foundation, UNICEF, OzHarvest and Australian Children’s Music Foundation.
