Natalie Hauser (USA)

Operation Strategist, Sustainable Seattle, and Philanthropy Associate, Conservation Northwest

Growing up just south of Seattle in the USA, Natalie has always held a deep appreciation for Washington’s wild lands. She moved from the Pacific Northwest to study at Washington State University and graduated in 2018 with a BA in science communication and environmental science.

Starting in late 2018, Natalie interned with Sustainable Seattle (S2) for a few months before being offered a part-time operation strategist position with the organisation. As part of a small team at S2, Natlie works across departments and over the last four years has garnered experience in accounting, operations, and programming, with an increased focus on community-centric fundraising and events. As well as working at S2, Natalie is a philanthropy associate at Conservation Northwest, where she manages the organisation’s largest fundraising event of the year.

Natalie leads with her passion to actively engage and amplify those communities often left out of the climate justice conversation.
