Niduk heads the Strategy and Marketing division of Up Fundraising, leading initiatives for clients in strategic communications, marketing and integrated fundraising. She has been helping charities and NGOs think more meaningfully about how they build their communication strategies and Niduk leads the Strategy and Marketing division of Up Fundraising, leading initiatives for clients in strategic communications, marketing, digital innovation and integrated fundraising. She has been helping charities and NGOs think more meaningfully about how they build their communication strategies and narratives with stakeholders, focused on utilizing and testing innovative tactics from the private sector in the charitable sector. She has led international multi-channel global campaigns in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and North America. With over 18 years in leadership positions in the NGO sector from the Global South to the Global North, she is also a regular contributor to The Nonprofit Quarterly and teaches regularly on International Development and Reporting at The University of Toronto.
