Shantanu Paul (Australia)

Managing Director of Leaders for Climate Action, Australia’s fastest-growing network of technology entrepreneurs and businesses taking action against climate change, Shantanu brings forward a decade of experience in the field of international development and social entrepreneurship. With Ashoka, Shantanu spent six years leading and launching global programmes and advising hundreds of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs across five countries in South Asia, helping them scale their innovations to build, shift, and disrupt systems. He holds expertise in building and activating communities of practice to unleash collaborative efforts, generate resources, and facilitate support for social change practitioners and organisations. Shantanu currently is a non-executive director with Childfund Australia and has previously worked with World Vision Australia.
