Shungu Chirunda (Zimbabwe)

Shungu is the Founder of SenseSana, a multidisciplinary practice that offers human-centred approaches for individuals and organisations to build resilience, and grow, through change.

She is an Integral Coach, whose practice focuses on coaching groundbreakers, trailblazers, rapid risers and visionaries. Supporting them to discover their unique leadership expression and embodied presence.

Originally a Lawyer by training, Shungu previously served in executive leadership roles for multinational corporates and start-ups. She began her career working for organisations in the area of Human Rights Law, in Africa and internationally, and remains passionate about equality and empowerment.

Shungu is Chair of the Board of Directors at The Centre for Financial Regulation and Inclusion (CENFRI) and The African Crowdfunding Association (ACfA). She also serves on the Board of Katswe Sistahood, a Zimbabwean organisation established for protection of the rights of young women.
