A celebrated speaker, trainer, consultant and though-leader, Usha Menon brings hands-on experience and unique insights she has gained from the inside-out, through 35-years of volunteering, working and consulting in the nonprofit fundraising space. Usha has an insatiable appetite for helping others maximize their potentials. She is passionate about people development and organisational capacity building.

Further to holding leadership positions at national and international developmental agencies, she founded Usha Menon Management Consultancy that works exclusively with social-impact organisations across Asia and the Pacific in the areas of governance, leadership and fundraising for the past 14 years. Usha’s strategic foresight, strong governance practices and entrepreneurial fundraising has helped her clients remain at the cutting-edge of fundraising developments in Asia, be it as early adopters of mass fundraising techniques, major gift development, innovative corporate engagements through ESG initiatives or leveraging the emerging asset-classes through crypto-philanthropy.

Usha serves on Boards of local and international NGOs and is a strong supporter of the Resource Alliance for over three decades, including having served as Chair of its International Board.
