President, Daryl Upsall International – Consulting I Recruitment

Based in Madrid, Daryl has 38 years’ experience working with over 240 nonprofits across 70 countries. Known for his leadership and innovation, Daryl was a pioneer of digital fundraising and, when leading fundraising worldwide for Greenpeace International in the 1990s, was a co-creator of what is now known as face-to-face fundraising.

In addition to his role as President of Daryl Upsall International – Consulting I Recruitment, Daryl is the founder and co-owner of The Fundraising Company SL, Spain’s leading telephone fundraising agency and of face-to-face fundraising agency International Fundraising SL; and is co-owner of the integrated social media digital fundraising agency dgtl fundraising SL, which has recently expanded from Spain into Italy. Daryl’s recruitment division has successfully hired for 742 positions in 260 organisations across 129 locations.

Daryl is a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Fundraising and former Vice-Chair of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
