Geraldine has combined the study and practice of organisational psychology with a career as an international business woman. A graduate of London Business School, she was international managing director at Virgin Vision Ltd., where she worked with Richard Branson and gained experience in empowering leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation and team-development. She was head of personnel for The Mail on Sunday (a national newspaper belonging to the Associated Newspapers Group) and now works as an associate member of the department of organisational behaviour at London Business School. Regularly called on as a preferred speaker on leadership, her believes that leaders must view their position as a privilege and vocation rather than a personal reward.
