Guy Mallabone (Canada)

Guy Mallabone, MA, CFRE, is an internationally-recognised leader in the philanthropic profession, as a consultant, volunteer, teacher, presenter, and practitioner. He has worked as a professional fundraising practitioner since 1980 in the arts, social services, and higher education sectors. Prior to his current role, Guy was the Chief Development Officer and Vice-President at SAIT Polytechnic in Canada, and prior to that was Chief Development Officer at the University of Alberta. Guy currently serves as President and CEO of Global Philanthropic Inc. and as Adjunct Professor for the Master of Fundraising programme at the University of Bologna. He is a former member of the international boards of both the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the CFRE Professional Certification Board. Guy lives in Calgary, Canada.
