Kathleen Britain is Head of Charities for Barclays, having been appointed in June 2016. In this role, Kathleen is responsible for the management of our charity clients, strategy and proposition within Wealth & Investment Management at Barclays. Previously, Kathleen was Head of Citizenship for UK and Europe where she led the development of the Shared Growth Ambition for Barclays in the region and had responsibility for the investment strategy and employee programmes. Prior to this, Kathleen has held other leadership roles within the Real Estate team where she was responsible for strategy, operations and finance. Kathleen is a trustee of Stop the Traffik, National AIDS Trust and Stephenson Academy where she is also a school governor.
