Nidhi Pundhir

Director CSR – HCL Foundation

Nidhi is an international social development and management expert with a specialisation in child rights. She has spent twenty years of her professional life across organisations like Indian Oil on their CSR-Hospital project as Hospital Administrator, with grass-roots NGO Deepalaya as Programme Officer, with Save the Children UK as Programme Coordinator, with Plan International as National Advisor on Child Rights and Protection, with SOS Children’s Villages as Director and Deputy Programme Development, Asia and with Plan International’s International Headquarters as Global Advisor on Child Protection in Development.

Nidhi holds a Masters in Hospital and Health Administration from IIHMR University, Jaipur and an M.Phil. Health Systems Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani.

A mother of two, in her free time Nidhi loves to revive her hobby of painting oil on canvas as well as dancing Kathak. She also holds a Visharad in Kathak from Gandharva Mahavidyala, Mumbai.

Currently she leads the HCL Foundation in India and globally, including the HCL Grant.
