Nienke Teunissen (Netherlands)

War Child Holland

Nienke Teunissen is a passionate and enthusiastic fundraiser responsible for the marketing strategy and large integrated fundraising campaigns at War Child, an organisation that provides psychosocial support, protection and education to children affected by conflict. She has worked for War Child for 8 ½ years and during that time has done fundraising with people of all generations with great success that she will share with the Master Class.  Prior to joining War Child, Nienke was a consultant with WWAV (marketing and fundraising agency) for almost 10 years, working with >80 different charities in the Netherlands and UK, before she chose to put all her dedication into working for War Child. War Child is a unique and dynamic organisation always keen to look for new and innovative ways of involving people and raising funds.  Nienke lives in Amsterdam where she studied International Business & Language at college and then studied Social Sciences at the Free University.
