The 2025 Resource Alliance Leadership Programme convenes a global and diverse community of social impact sector leaders who work together on solutions to the biggest issues facing our sector right now.

We are at a turning point in human history, where unprecedented disruption exists alongside remarkable opportunities for progress.

The 2025 Resource Alliance Leadership Programme empowers a global community of leaders to address the biggest challenges facing the social impact sector right now. At this pivotal moment, as traditional power structures are questioned, we embrace ecosystems, collaboration, and innovation. We create a global network of visionary leaders, provide a safe space to incubate and challenge new thinking, and develop actionable tools for advancing sector-wide transformation.

How does it work?

The 2024 programme consists of four full-group Leadership Summits (three virtual, one in-person) and four smaller-group Action Lab meetings. The focus and topics of each meeting are based on an extensive consultation with and surveys of leaders across the sector, to ensure the content delivered on the ambition and priorities of the group.

This year, the Summits will focus on Future Trends, New Models, Collaboration, and Action. The Action Labs will work together on key areas of Fundraising Innovation, Strategy & People, and Climate. To understand more about how these meetings are designed and delivered, download the full 2025 Leadership Programme Brochure.

What does it cost?

The fee to participate in the programme for 12 months is only £895. This provides access to the three online summits, a minimum of four Action Lab meetings, and the in-person leadership summit in the Netherlands (including airport transfers, drinks reception, accommodation and full-board catering). That is a total of 20 hours in live collaborative meetings with a powerful global leadership community, as well as access to our digital platform which provides year-round support, networking and collaboration, plus a lifetime of impactful relationships with your leadership peers!

If you would like to apply to join the 2025 programme, please email the Lead Programme Coordinator, James Tennet on james@resource-alliance.org.

2024 programme achievements & outcomes

The programme provided me with a unique platform to collaborate, innovate, and co-create solutions to some of the biggest challenges we face today. It was an invaluable opportunity to connect with inspiring leaders from all over the globe and gain insights to drive meaningful change in my own work.

It’s a game-changer for anyone ready to drive innovation, inspire teams, and make a difference on a global scale.
Payal Randhawa

Bworks (India)
The group that the Resource Alliance put together was a powerful one of practitioners, decision makers and committed citizens to make impact. There are different perspectives on the challenges we face, but one thing is given – the urgency of acting together. The online discussions were very dynamic and the agenda items were great, sessions were amazingly facilitated, and the group was committed to some very interesting discussions.
Mariana Chammas
Global Project Lead
Greenpeace International (Brazil)
The programme helped me understand the power of global connections and networks to change social issues. It was great to be in the same room at the same time, sharing ideas – I am already in collaborative talks with some of my peers on the programme!
Olumide Akerewusi
Founder & CEO
AgentsC Inc. (Canada)
My biggest takeaways were research that I can immediately use; some fresh ideas for navigating those aforementioned thorny problems; and a better sense of what other organisations are struggling with and what it looks like in specific cultural contexts. In other words, it was time and financial investment tremendously well spent. The Talent Lab sessions in particular were terrific. I found the organisational structure and fundraiser purpose research fascinating, and really appreciated the in-depth case study content with ability to have extensive Q&A.
