The Strategy & People Action Lab, part of the Resource Alliance Leadership Programme, has been working to cultivate a community of leaders equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support necessary to master tricky strategic and people management challenges.
This session will present successful and innovative strategy examples and you will be invited to share your own. The aim of the session will be to crowdsource effective strategy models and explore our sector colleagues’ ideas and experiences together.
