This workshop will support you to realise the full scope of your own digital transformation, drawing on the experiences of this historic brand. You’ll take away a complete blueprint to help you get started or to push your transformation that little bit further.
Who is it for?
This is for anyone who wants to change the culture of their organisation – while the focus of the session is on being digital-first, you don’t need to have “digital” in your job title to take part! Leaders and junior managers alike will all have something to take away.
