Aliguma Young, MBA is CEO of consulting firm The Super Fundraiser, Inc., as well as Aliguma Speaks, Inc., which provides diversity and leadership consulting. Aliguma has raised over $150,000,000 for a variety of organisations, including leading the capital campaign for construction of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta, GA.

In addition to being a fundraising and thought leader with over 15 years of experience leading fundraising efforts, Aliguma is an internationally sought after speaker on diversity, equity, and anti-racist culture-building who has partnered with notable companies and organisations including Microsoft, the Junior League, Tufts University, and Teach for America.
