Junueth Mejía (Mexico)
HIPGive Manager, Hispanics in PhilanthropyJunueth is responsible for the strategy and operation of the HIPGive crowdfunding platform, focusing solely on leveraging the work of non-profits working with the Latino community across the Americas, as well as the development of HIPGive’s fundraising and platform model. She also oversees partnership development to offer new philanthropic technology solutions for non-profits, with the goal of growing the platform into the biggest digital community for champions of Latino social good. In previous roles at World Vision and Habitat for Humanity, Junueth developed a knack for corporate fundraising both nationally and internationally. She also has experience with major donor strategies and executing grantmaking. Born and raised in Mexico City, with a B.A in International Relations from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and currently studying a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship and Administration at ORT University, she is passionate about how to leverage the amazing work that nonprofits are developing in their focus areas, connecting them locally and across countries.
