Rodney has lead teams of experts on strategies and projects which has brought more than 3 times increase in donations for charities. Under his leadership, he grew Save the Children Hong Kong from a US$6.5m to a US$20.5m per annum charity in 4 years. He has also worked with the Red Cross, Medecins Sans Frontieres and The Hong Kong Cancer Fund.

He has consulted for and implemented database migration projects for charities to modernize and automate their fundraising operations. He brings experience from both the not-for-profit (NFP) and commercial sectors, covering the wide range of specialisation including fundraising, digital & direct marketing, corporate communications and regulatory knowledge.
