Tatiana Martins de Souza

Senior Development Manager, Conservation International, Brazil

Tatiana is the Senior Development Manager at Conservation International (CI-Brazil), responsible for strategic alignment of the organisation’s projects and for leading fundraising efforts with private sector, foundations and individuals to mobilise resources for the organisation’s priority programmatic strategies.

Tatiana holds a BA in Biological and Environmental Sciences, MBA in Project Management and was a Master’s student in Sustainable Development Practices at UFRRJ and Columbia University, where she developed a dissertation project on the impact of palm oil expansion in the Amazon. Prior to CI-Brazil, she has worked for non-profits related to environmental education and in the design and management of social and environmental projects. Her background in socioenvironmental themes brings a new perspective to fundraising and she is passionate to be able to contribute to the Conservation International mission at such a critical time.
