Giovanna has more than 20 years’ experience in executive education with London Business School, specialising in personal skills training and leadership development for senior managers. She also has run businesses in recruitment, training and consultancy, and brings both academic and business understanding to her clients. Giovanna devotes her energies to working with individuals to help them overcome their doubts and fears and realise their unique potential. She uses a cognitive behavioural approach and combines a zest for life, a search for truth, a can-do approach and good commercial sense, gained from operational roles in sales and marketing, to help people on their journeys through and beyond corporate life.
